How to collect EPF i-Account “activation code”? – Part 2

You can not collect the activation code online, you have to collect it offline, in either two ways :
1. KWSP counter
Visit your nearest KWSP counter and ask for it.
1. Check all the available EPF offices here

P.S you can also click the EPF offices’s drop down box at left-down corner.
2. KWSP Kiosks machine
You also can collect it at the KWSP Kiosks machine.
1. Locate all the available KWSP Kiosks machine -http://www.kwsp.gov.my/index.php?ch=p2corporateinfo&pg=en_p2corporateinfo_epfoffice.
2. Access the system and click on the “collect activation code“.
3. Insert your IC and put your right thumb on the Kiosks machine ‘thumbprint’ area for the validation.
4. Press 6 keys as your activation code.
5. Done.

P.S Suggest visit the KWSP Kiosks machine which located at KWSP “raja laut”, i0′st opening 24 hours and even in weekend.
